Monthly bookkeeping. Every transaction recorded, every account reconciled, and a monthly report that shows where you stand.
Payroll and filings. Paychecks, payroll taxes, and the quarterly and year-end filings, done on time.
Inventory and cost tracking. Know what's on the shelf, what it cost, and which products or jobs actually make money.
Cleanup and catch-up. Months or years behind? I'll get your books current, and handle your 1099s too.
Tax prep. Business and personal returns, prepared by the same person who keeps your books.
Monthly reporting for growing businesses. For businesses with 10 or more employees: a real monthly close, job or location profitability, and cash flow forecasts. Controller-level work at a local price.

Free consult. A conversation by phone, video, or in person. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
A look at your books. I review how things are set up today, whether that's QuickBooks, a spreadsheet, or a shoebox.
Catch-up, if needed. If your books are behind, I get them current first, for a fixed price quoted up front.
A flat monthly fee. You pick the level of service that fits. No surprise bills, and tax prep can be folded into your monthly fee so there's no big bill in the spring.

My family is from Tallahassee, and I spent more than 10 years doing accounting for fast-growing companies, including as a controller for venture-backed startups. After renting here for a few years, in 2026 we bought land outside Bonifay because we wanted a quieter life: room to breathe, a homestead to build, and a place to call home.
I left the rat race, not the work. MJ Accounting Pros brings the same systems and reporting I built for those bigger companies to the businesses I buy feed, fuel, and supplies from right here at home.
I've worked with nonprofits, contractors, healthcare, and consumer product businesses. I'm working toward the IRS Enrolled Agent credential, the IRS's own tax license, and have passed the first part.
What that means for you: books that are right, reports you can understand, and a real person who picks up the phone. I document everything, so nothing important about your business lives only in my head.
